2. Guide & feeding device and Leveling device

4) Main power system: driven by a motor through speed reducer, leveling rolls are rotated actively.
3. Punching sides holes device

4. Main roll forming system
1) Main motor power: 22kw x 2
2) Main roll forming system consists of stand, transmission parts and forming rollers.
3) Stand: qualified H beam steel, welding and aging treatment
4) Roller material: Gcr15, quench hardness HRC58-62, CNC machining
5) Main shaft material: 45 steel hardening and tempering treatment, supporting structure is wall panel type
6) Cycloid pinwheel reduction motor, chain drives the rotation of lower roller group
7) Manual screw adjust the gap between the upper and lower rolls, to adapt to the plate rolling with different thickness.
The tolerance of the finished plate will vary depending on the different strength and thickness of the material steel plate.
8) All holes can be punched online, these holes include: both ends connection holes, sides holes, 9) Machine frame: quality 45 H beam welded. Adjusting bolt mounted on the base, used for adjust the horizontal position, and there lifting holes on the base, easy to install and transport.
10) Wall panel thickness 20mm, slide block is casting, upper and lower shafts are fixed on the slide block through bearings.

5. Punching both ends connection holes device

2) Punching mould material: high quality alloy steel Cr4W2MoV, quenching.
6. Curving device
1) Press in roller: 1 set
2) Curve and forming roller: 3 sets
3) Curving online, adjusting radian by lead screw, manual control.
7. Fixed length hydraulic cut-off
1) Cut-off device consists of stand, blade, guide device, cutting cylinder and hydraulic station.
2) Blade material Cr12 quenching treatment.
3) Guide device is a staggered shearing structure, so that the blade can cut off the plate stably under the stress state
4) Hydraulic station supply power, hydraulic station power: 11kw.
